I had been eyeing these pendant necklaces for a while and wanted one badly. I ordered the letter "R" in remembrance of My mother (Robin) who passed away. I received the necklace sooner than I expected which made me so happy. Unfortunately I didn't put my address correctly in the order and it was expected to get sent back. I emailed customer service and the following weekday my necklace was in sent back to my neighborhood office!
