The necklace came thrown in a box and it was so tangled I had to break the chain to it untangled. The company said they were going to send a replacement and it shows it was sent but I never received it. Stay away, such cheap quality.

The chain came all tangled up and it broke while trying to untangle the knot.

Material is cheap, the necklace snapped after one use.
