Return Policy:

• Timeframe: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for a full refund. Exchanges or store credit are available within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Restocking Fee and Return Shipping Cost: Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refund Processing Time: Upon approval of your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Worn Items: If our quality control team determines that the item has been worn, we cannot process the return. In such cases, we will contact you via email with further instructions.
• Personalized Pieces: Customized or cut-to-order items, including initial, name, or year necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, and anklets, are not eligible for return.
• On Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or those showing 'compare at' prices on the SALE page are considered final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
• Special Discount Codes: Items purchased with discount codes that explicitly state "NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES" in promotional material or throughout our site at the time of purchase are non-returnable. The packing slip will also be stamped "ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No Returns No Exchanges."
